Posted August 6, 2006:           Labree Motorsports has finally finished the  "Ultimate" 4 bolt , and 5 bolt down pipes for the 300ZX.  This project has been in the planning for over a year . We are behind due to internal problems in the company and we apologize for the delay. After research by turbo experts and extensive testing , the "Ultimate" is achieved by splitting the turbine and waste gate for 14 to 18 inches . That is when the "Ultimate" in horse power and torque gains are realized . We realize that these down pipes are for the "Ultimate" Z enthusiast , so we will still produce the "Splits"  that  we have been making for you for almost three years .These "Ultimate" split down pipes are flanged for test pipes, 300 cell High Flow catalytic converters, 400 cell  High Flow catalytic converters, Smog legal catalytic converters, and also  OBD II converters for 1996 cars. Also flanged in resonators to help with noise reduction , at no horsepower loss . The "Ultimate" splits are also available in 3 inch, for those of you  who are making 450 horse power plus. Labree Motorsports is proud to be part of the  "Ultimate Z Revolution."

After reviewing the prototype design of the new "Ultimate" splits, LaBree Motorsports has been able to once again improve its design. A more efficient and free flowing collector has been created and the waste size has been increased from 1 1/2" to 1 3/4". An increase of 1.4HP over the old ultimate splits

For cars with 5 bolt turbos and 450 RWHP, the primary tube is 2" to 2 1/4", the waste gate is 1 1/2" to 1 3/4" to 2", smooth collector into 3" pipe. Available with test pipes and/or catalytic converters.

LaBree Motorsports, after testing, has found that a 3" system work the best with 350-450HP cars. Complete 3" system down pipes for cars over 450HP are available directly through us. Our dual tip mufflers are available in 3" as well.

Please allow me to explain how LaBree Motorsports Cat Back Exhaust Systems and Exhaust Components for the 300zx Twin Turbo compare to all other name brands. First. all of our components fit exactly according to factor specifications. You can replace any part with ours and expect a perfect fit, which is not the case with other brands. All of our flanges are 3/8" cold rolled steel, machined flat, requiring no gaskets and only a thin film of RTV silicone as opposed to other brands which are only 1/4". Our flanges are welded to tubing on the inside and not the outside and are left with no lip on the inside. All of our tubing is 14 gauge, to reduce resonation on the inside of the car; the others use 18 gauge. 14 gage aluminized tubing will last as long as 18 gage stainless steel - guaranteed. We can provide over 200 styles of mufflers and we make 7 styles of H and X pipes; the competition cannot match this. LaBree Motorsports has 40 years of experience, the others, combined, cannot match this. LaBree Motorsports offers a Lifetime Warranty on all mufflers and tubing; the others do not. We do not sacrifice quality for a few dollars and cents.

Many have copied our systems and designs, all of these concepts were designed by LaBree Motorsports, who has over 40 years of experience building exhaust systems.
